1. Our Mission
The Higher School of Education and Training of Agadir, Ibnou Zohr University, established by decree N° 2.18.958, published in Official Bulletin N°6789 on June 24, 2019, is a public institution.
Its creation aligns with the 2015-2030 strategic vision and framework law 51/17, which advocate for the training of teachers with professional competencies to meet the needs of the primary and secondary education sector.

ESEFA aims to become a leading institution of education and training in Morocco, recognized for the excellence of its programs, the innovation of its teaching practices, and the commitment of its community to serving society.

The Higher School of Education and Training of Agadir, Ibnou Zohr University, established by decree N° 2.18.958, published in Official Bulletin N°6789 on June 24, 2019, is a public institution.

- Within the institution, seven Education License programs are offered:

Master’s Programs
The Master's in Educational Technologies and Pedagogical Innovation, launched in 2022-2023, is welcoming its third cohort this year.
The Master's in Pedagogical Engineering and Science Didactics, newly accredited, is welcoming its first cohort this year.
Doctoral Training
The institution also offers a doctoral program in educational sciences, training engineering, and subject didactics. Two research laboratories, NUMECOL and LRST, are available to support scientific research projects.
