El Mehdi Agouzoul currently holds the position of Professor of Educational Sciences at the Higher School of Education and Training (ESEF) in Agadir. Previously, he served as an instructor of Educational Sciences at the Regional Center for Education and Training (CRMEF) Souss-Massa and as a Philosophy teacher at Mohammed V High School in Taroudant. His primary areas of expertise are Educational Sciences and the Sociology of Education.
His research activities focus on the didactics of scientific disciplines, the development and implementation of online learning environments, including MOOCs, as well as algorithmics, programming, and the application of artificial intelligence in education.
Specialist in geodynamics, a branch of geology. His research focuses on studying phenomena affecting the Earth’s crust, aiming to trace its temporal and spatial evolution.
Mr. Najib El Biaze holds a PhD in Physics from Mohammed V University, Rabat, and is an accredited Associate Professor.
He is currently a permanent faculty member and researcher in the Department of Science and Technology at ESEFA.

His areas of specialization include ecology and animal biology, with a particular focus on marine ecotoxicology and the study of environmental biomarkers in aquatic ecosystems.
Mohssine Es-Saiydy is an Associate Professor at the Higher School of Education and Training (ESEF) in Agadir, affiliated with Ibn Zohr University. He specializes in applied mathematics and analysis, with a particular interest in optimization, dynamic systems, and artificial intelligence.
Specialist in applied mathematics, focusing on probability theory and stochastic calculus. Her research concentrates on applications in finance, particularly stochastic volatility models and semimartingale theory.
